COSMIN Consulting displayed a keen knowledge of website development and the best ways to

This study considers the body of literature with regard to the increasing evidence of
factors, non-economic in nature, that affect workers' motivation in the long-run. A model
is developed to account for the variation (shift) in individual's source of satisfaction
from economic oriented rewards in the short run, to non-economic factors in the long
run. More specifically, the non-economic factors account for the environmental
(physical) working conditions, in which employees are performing their job.  The study
considers two perspectives, economic and psychological, that will analyze different
factors that may contribute to a shift in satisfaction in the long run. After an analysis of
economic and environmental factors that could contribute to this transition, a research
proposal is considered.
