Following our telephone conversation and the review of the information provided, I believe
that our two offices share congruent value systems and professional objectives. Please find
a brief summary of the terms:
- Monthly Licensing Fee Approx. 1500 euros per month (the equivalent of $2000)
- Minimum Commitment Term: 5 years
- Annual Royalty: 15%
- A licensing retainer fee (equivalent of two months - standard fee)
Our partnership will entitle your organization to the use under license all Trade Marks ™ and
Service Marks our company owns. A brief summary of such examples are:

- Network Infrastructure

- 25 hours per month of support, which are to be allocated at your discretion

Due to the complexity of an organizational development I am only able to mention a sample
of the type of supporting services your organization will receive as being part of our group.
As I mentioned during our telephone conversation, I believe that would be financial wise to
take advantage of the office space we will make available to you. Our office is currently
leasing this space, however it is not occupied at the moment. I think you should take the
money you are now spending on rent and use them for something else. It is a large three
bedroom apartment which can easily house at least three or four offices. The name of the
street is: Allea Peana.
Please do your due diligence in evaluating the opportunity. It gave me great satisfaction in
