Dear Mr. Richard Henry,

It was a distinct pleasure meeting with you on July 27, 2007.  As a result of reviewing the
documents you provided us with and the information obtained during the meeting, I would
like to suggest the implementation of several elements.  These elements significantly
contribute to the enhancement of company image, establish a basis for a public relations
infrastructure, develop the Internet presence that your organization deserves, and address
a diligent and methodological distribution of the firm’s accomplishments.  I approximate
that establishing the foundation of the three stages listed below would require about 75
hours of services.  I would like to invite you to review the components of each stage (Please
Note that continuing to review the proposal acknowledges acceptance of the Mutual Nondisclosure
Agreement available on top of the page):

Stage I (0 to 25 hours)

  • website design (no content)
  • website and Email hosting
  • domain registration services
  • email accounts configuration (POP3)
  • default email account configuration
  • SEO / development of page description and keywords
  • SEO / website keywords development
  • completion of corporate culture interview
  • completion of organizational structure interview
  • completion of target audience interview


Stage II (26 to 50 hours)

  • website content editing, rewriting, and development
    - all requirements are design to enhanced security:
  • the client must provide auditory, visual, and textual content in writing to
    COSMIN
  • all verbal content given to COSMIN must be approved by the client prior to
    posting on the website
  • COSMIN will accept submission in a form of a email only from the authorized
    email address
  • COSMIN will accept fax transmission including principal’s signature
  • all material submitted to COSMIN must contain principal signature and initials
  • submission on electronic storage media must be accompany by an signed
    inventory sheet
  • development of Media Center complete with Press Releases and Archive Center (for
    Stage II client must provide content for editing or rewriting)
  • development of Tombstones Infrastructure based on the original concept developed
    by  COSMIN (applicable to financial industry)
  • development Client Portfolio section
  • development of Testimonials section
  • development of Email Marketing account
  • infrastructure development for HTML based correspondence to current and
    prospective client database of:
  • newsletters
  • press releases
  • bill payment reminders
  • organizational updates
  • customer surveys


Stage III (51 to 75 hours)

  • Continuous Customer Engagement Program ©  (CCEP) – Foundation Development
  • writing, rewriting, and editing of past and current press releases
  • press release Search Engine Optimization
  • news agencies & engines press releases submission (free & paid)
  • press release website integration
  • design and development of HTML based correspondence
  • development of Email Marketing Campaign
  • development of Visual Aid material


Stage IV (76 to 150 hours)

  • implementation of Continuous Customer Engagement Program ©  (CCEP)
  • writing, rewriting and editing of press releases
  • news agencies & engines press release submission (free and paid)
  • continuous website development
  • website maintenance
  • consulting contribution: review and evaluation of all business content presented for
    consideration to COSMIN
  • participation to all events requested by the client for the purpose of collecting
    data/content for press releases or representation
  • access to all consulting services listed on our website under the four service
    divisions
  • development of an Affiliate program
  • subcontracting COSMIN for any consulting services within the allocated amount time


Please note the following:  It is at your office discretion to allocate the number of hours per
monthly, with a minimum of 25 hours per month and an equivalent cost of $1,500.00 per
each group of 25 hours.  Payment for the 75 hours of service is due in full with a total
balance of $4,500.00.  Our office would like to extend you a deferred payment plan where
you may opt to incrementally pay each time as a group of 25 hours is allocated.

Our office proposes a time period of minimum six months of consecutive cooperation.  
However, since your office is new to our services and firm, we would like to extend the
option of reviewing and possibly terminating this consulting relationship after 75 hours or
minimum of three months.  The number of hours requested are normally assigned to your
office on the 1st of each month (upon satisfactory payment).  Other aspects such as
intellectual propriety, ownership of website content & website design are to be address in
detail upon reaching an initial agreement and are applicable beginning with Stage IV.
